Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company has on 10 November 2008 posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2008. Copies of the accounts will be available at the Company's website, www.yougov.com. Included with the report and accounts is a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting at 12.30pm on Thursday, 11 December 2008 at 50 Featherstone Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1Y 8RT. The AGM will consider, among others, a resolution to approve new articles of association for the Company. The new articles deal with, inter alia, electronic communication with shareholders and directors' authority to authorise conflicts, or potential, conflicts of interest. The notice of AGM including explanatory notes will also be available in the annual report on the Company's website.
