Posting of Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and notice convening the annual general meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The AGM will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, 17 June 2010 at the offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf, 8th Floor, No. 1 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7YL. Copies of the report and accounts are available from Tawa's website in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
