Swallowfield plc ('the Company') has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 together with Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website www.swallowfield.com.
The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 4 November 2010 at the Company's offices, Swallowfield House, Station Road, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 8NL.
