14 November Sterling Green Group plc ("Sterling Green" or "the Company") Posting of Accounts and Restoration of dealings

Further to the announcement made earlier today the Company advises that the report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 will be posted to shareholders today. Accordingly, the Company has requested restoration of dealings in the Company's shares on AIM and it is expected that dealings will be restored at 7.30am today.

The report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 are now available on the Company's website - www.sterlinggreen.co.uk.
