Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that a letter has been posted to shareholders to notify them that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and the notice of its annual general meeting have now been published on the Company's website at www.cityoflondongroup.com. The annual report has also been sent to those shareholders who elected to receive a hard copy. The AGM has been convened for 3.30 pm on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at the office of the Company at The Royal Exchange, First Floor, 1 Royal Exchange Steps, London EC3V 3DG.

In light of the UK Government's social distancing guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic restricting public gatherings, physical attendance at the Company's AGM will not be permitted. The AGM will be held with a quorum of members only present at the physical location. Shareholders are encouraged to appoint the Chair as their proxy with their voting instructions.

Copies of the annual report which include the notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.cityoflondongroup.com.
