Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce that the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and will also be made available on the Company's website (www.roxipetroleum.com).

The AGM will be held at 11.00 on Friday 24 July 205, at the offices of Roxi's lawyers Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.
