Petards Group plc ('Petards'), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held at the County Club, 158 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HJ on 26 April 2017 at 11.00 a.m., were posted to shareholders on 24 March 2017.
