Plutus, the natural resources focused investing company, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2013 were distributed yesterday to its shareholders together with the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, the notice of AGM and the form of proxy are available from the "Investors" section of the Company's website (www.plutusresourcesplc.com).

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 am on 29 November 2013 at 30 Percy Street, London, W1T 2DB.
