The Hotel Corporation PLC (the "Company" or "HCP"), an AIM listed investment company owning 49.9%  of Puma Hotels plc ("PHP"), today confirms that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website: www.thehotelcorporation.co.im. The Company's AGM will be held on 23 July 2013 at 10.00 a.m. at its registered office, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road Douglas Isle of Man IM1 5EP.
