Delivery of 2011 Annual Report and Accounts

The following documents have been posted to the registered shareholders of the Company today, 17 April 2012:

2011 Annual Report and Accounts;

Notice of the 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); and

Form of Proxy for the 2012 AGM.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 9am on the 30 May 2012 at 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 6EH.
