Sureserve Group plc ( AIM : SUR ) , the compliance and energy services Group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 together with the notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at https://www.sureservegroup.co.uk/investors/results-and-presentations.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Sureserve Group plc, Crossways Point 15, Victory Way, Crossways Business Park, Dartford DA2 6DT at 10.00am on 18 March 2021. In line with current Covid-19 restrictions this year's AGM will be a closed meeting, full details of which are contained in the notice convening the Annual general meeting.
