Posting of accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Notice of intention to delist from AIM

Quoram plc announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 have today been posted to shareholders.

The Notice convening the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00 on Thursday 3 December 2015 also includes notice of the Company's intention in accordance with Rule 41 AIM Rules for Companies, to be delisted from AIM which will be put before shareholders as special business at the Annual General Meeting. If approved, it is proposed the Company's shares will cease to be traded on AIM with effect from 11 December 2015.
