ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the U.K., announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013, and the Notice of AGM were posted to shareholders on April 24, 2014.
