Ambrian plc (the "Company"), confirms that it has posted its Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "2016 Report & Accounts"), the notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (the "2017 AGM Notice") and the associated form of proxy to shareholders. The 2016 Report & Accounts, the 2017 AGM Notice will be available shortly on the Company's website and can be downloaded from www.ambrian.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 18 July 2017 at the Company's offices at 41 Lothbury, London, EC2R 7HG.
