Posting of Annual Report and AGM Notice
IGas Energy plc (AIM:IGAS), a domestic gas producer and a leading developer of unconventional gas resources in the UK, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10:30am on 7 June 2010 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW
