Post Year End Trading Update

ILX Group PLC21 April 2008 FOR RELEASE at 07.00, Monday 21 April 2008 ILX Group plc (or "the Company") Post Year End Trading Update ILX Group plc, the AIM quoted business education and training specialist, ispleased to report strong trading in the six months to 31 March 2008, followingon from good interim results for the first half of the year to 30 September 07. Both the Best Practice and Corporate Training Group divisions have performedwell and in both cases revenues for the year have shown double digit growth. The Company expects profits before exceptional items to be in line with marketexpectations. The exceptional items relate to the restructuring of the BestPractice division in the first half, as previously announced in the interimresults, and to costs incurred in the recent £6.0 million refinancing withBarclays Bank plc, announced two months ago. The preliminary results areexpected to be reported in late June. Current trading remains strong across the business. Nevertheless, the Companycontinues to monitor current economic forecasts and conditions carefully. In this context we are pleased that our order visibility remains strong and forthe current year we expect continued modest growth for the year ended 31 March2009.
