The Board of The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution") (LSE:EVG) announces that its wholly owned private client investment management subsidiary, Williams de Broë Limited, is in advanced discussions with BNP Paribas Wealth Management S.A. regarding the possible acquisition of BNP Paribas Private Investment Management Limited (being the former Fortis Private Investment Management business).
There will be no further comment until an agreement is reached or the discussions are terminated.
