Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC08 June 2007 Portfolio Update Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("Dunedin Enterprise") We are pleased to announce that Dunedin Enterprise's investment in ZVC GroupLimited ("Zenith") was realised in a tertiary buyout to Barclays Private Equity.From an initial investment of £7.5m, Dunedin Enterprise has received £12.5m incapital and income. The investment in Zenith has returned a money multiple of1.7 times, which represents an IRR of 33%, across both equity and mezzanine. At 31 October 2006, the investment in Zenith was valued at £8.0m and the capitalproceeds received from the secondary buyout amount to £10.8m, an uplift of£2.8m.
