Portfolio Update

 

 

The Company has received repayment in full of the £16.2 million GMG loan, following a sale of the underlying property. The repayment is accompanied by interest and exit fees of approximately £0.8 million in aggregate.

 

The repayment will allow the Company to continue its programme of capital distributions to shareholders and a further announcement will be made in due course.
