St Peter Port Capital announces the sale of its entire holding in

Agriculture Investment Group Corp

 

The board of St Peter Port Capital Limited announces that it has sold its entire holding of shares in Agriculture Investment Group Corp (formerly Union Agriculture Group), being a sale of 336,140 common shares. The proceeds of the disposal are US$176,474 which reflects a sale price of 52.5 cents per share. This compares to the carrying value of this investment in the Company's Annual Report of 57 cents per share as at 31 March 2020, written down from previous carrying values. The proceeds of the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.
