Portfolio Occupancy
Japan Residential Investment Company Limited (AIM: JRIC) is a closed-ended Guernsey registered company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan. The Company, its subsidiaries and entities in which it has a beneficial interest are referred to collectively as "the Fund".
The Fund portfolio occupancy rate was 95.1% as at 30 November 2010, up from 91.0% on the same date one year prior. Average occupancy for the year ending 30 November 2010 was 92.4%, an increase of 0.3% over the year prior. Fund occupancy has improved considerably in the fourth quarter. Average occupancy for the three months ending November 2010 increased 3.7% to 95.1% over the same period one year prior.
