Japan Residential Investment Company Limited (AIM: JRIC) is a closed-ended Guernsey registered company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan. The Company, its subsidiaries and entities in which it has a beneficial interest are referred to collectively as "the Fund".
The Fund portfolio occupancy rate was 95.4% as at 31 December 2010, up from 90.5% on the same date one year prior. Average occupancy for the year ending 31 December 2010 was 92.8%, an increase of 1.1% over the year prior. Fund occupancy has improved considerably in the second half of 2010. Average occupancy for the six months ending December 2010 increased 2.9% to 94.3% over the same period one year prior.
