Ollie Oliveira appointment at BlackRock World Mining Trust plc

Polymetal announces that Ollie Oliveira, the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive director of BlackRock World Mining Trust plc (BRWM) with effect from 3 February 2020.

BlackRock World Mining Trust plc is an investment trust providing diversified investment in metals and mining assets worldwide. BRWM is managed by BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, shares of the trust are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There is no further information on Mr Oliveira, which is required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the United Kingdom Listing Rules.
