The irrevocable undertaking from Mr M Evans disclosed in the 2.5 announcementmade on Friday 7 September should read 7,451,504 Plectrum shares, equating toapproximately 4.1 per cent. of issued share capital as at 6 September 2007 andnot 7,551,504 as previously disclosed. The irrevocable undertaking from Mr T Lenehan disclosed in the 2.5 announcementmade on Friday 7 September should read 1,201,371 Plectrum shares, equating toapproximately 0.7 per cent. of issued share capital as at 6 September 2007 andnot 1,701,371 as previously disclosed. Capricorn has received irrevocable undertakings with respect to 42,073,391Plectrum shares equating to approximately 23.3 per cent. of Plectrum's existingissued share capital and has acquired 53,540,000 Plectrum Shares, representing29.7 per cent. of Plectrum's existing issued share capital. Accordingly,Capricorn has acquired or has received irrevocable undertakings in respect of,in aggregate, 95,613,391 Plectrum shares, representing approximately 53.0 percent. of Plectrum's existing issued share capital.
