Centamin Egypt Limited24 October 2007 24 October, 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") PROCESSING PLANT AND POWER PLANT ARRIVE IN EGYPT Centamin Egypt Limited (TSX:CEE, ASX:CNT, AIM:CEY) which is rapidly developingthe world class Sukari gold deposit, is pleased to announce that both the KoriKollo processing plant and the Isparta power plant have arrived safely at theEgyptian seaport of Alexandria and their cargoes have been discharged. The dismantling of the Kori Kollo processing facility in Bolivia and the Isparta28MW power plant in Turkey was completed in September and both sites were closedand signed off. All staff from Bolivia and Turkey have now relocated to Egypt tocontinue with the reassembly of the plants at Sukari in Egypt's Red Sea Hillsregion. The Isparta power plant consisted of 24 pieces of break bulk and 56 containerscontaining more than 900 individual packages. The Kori Kollo processing plantcomprised 270 pieces of break bulk and 55 containers. Trucking of freight hasnow commenced to the site in the eastern desert and is expected to take severalweeks. This latest development represents an exciting phase for the Company as it takesanother step towards the commissioning of the first modern gold mine in Egyptwhich is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2008.
