Northacre PLC05 May 2006 VICARAGE GATE RE : PLANNING INSPECTORATE DECISION Following the Planning Inspectorate's decision in November 2005 to refuseplanning permission for our residential scheme at Vicarage Gate House andsubsequently our application for a hearing in the High Court, the FirstSecretary of State has decided to quash the Inspectorate's refusal. We await further details as to the reasons why the Secretary of State agreesthat the Inspector's decision was flawed. Upon receipt of this information wewill be able to assess the implications of this decision. In any event, it islikely to involve re-running the Public Inquiry process with hopefully a betterprospect of securing a residential consent second time around.
