A2Dominion announces planned absence for Group Chief Executive

 

The Chief Executive of A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd, Darrell Mercer, will be taking a planned absence this summer to undergo and recover from an operation.

 

To support this interim period, which is likely to start from 13th August 2021, A2Dominion's Group Board has appointed Anne Waterhouse (Deputy CEO and Executive Director of Central & Financial Services) as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

 

In addition, Dean Tufts (Executive Director of Finance & Strategy) will take on all financial responsibilities for A2Dominion for the same period.

 

Darrell will continue to lead the Group through to August and will support a planned transition and handover to Anne, overseen by the Group's Chair Ian Cox.
