Report 65/2010: Plaintiff to the court to repeal resolutions of Bank's Ordinary General Meeting

Management Board of the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs a lawsuit has been brought against it by a Bank's shareholder claiming to overrule resolutions No. 4 - 7, No. 9, No. 19 - 20, No. 28 and No. 39 of the Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting of 5 May 2009 on the approval of Bank's Management Board statement of the Bank operations for 2008, approval of the financial statement of the Bank for 2008, approval of the statement of Bank's Capital Group operations for 2008, approval of the consolidated financial statement of Bank's Capital Group for 2008, approval of the statement of operation of Bank's Supervisory Board for 2008 and granting the vote of approval to the Management Board members for execution of their duties in 2008 and the amendment of the Bank's Statute.

In the Bank's opinion the whole plaintiff is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
