Report 92/2009: Plaintiff to the court to repeal resolution of Bank's Ordinary General Meeting
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that the Bank received a suit filed of Bank's Shareholder for repealing resolution No. 5, adopted by the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting, as of May 5, 2009 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2008.
In the Bank's opinion the whole plaintiff is groundless.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 6 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states
