Placing Update

Further to the announcement made on 19 June 2015 at 7.00 a.m. (RNS Number: 6522Q) (the "Placing Announcement"), the Company confirms that a total of 3,795,918 Placing Shares were placed with institutional investors at 490 pence per Placing Share, raising gross proceeds of £18.6 million. Application has been made for the 2,000,000 Firm Placing Shares and 235,742 Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that admission of these shares will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 23 June 2015. Subject, inter alia, to the Resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting being passed, trading in the 1,795,918 Conditional Placing Shares is expected to commence on AIM on or around 8 July 2015.
