Yoomedia PLC08 August 2007 YooMedia PLC (the "Company") Placing and Total Voting Rights The Company announces that it has raised £500,000 (before expenses) by a placingof 50,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Placing Shares") with aninstitution at the price of 1p per ordinary share and the issue of 12,500,000warrants (the "Warrants"). The Warrants subscribe to one ordinary share each atthe exercise price of 1p per ordinary share and are exercisable up to the secondanniversary from the date of issue of the Warrants. The issue of the Warrants is conditional on the passing of certain resolutionsat the Company's next extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM"). The Company isseeking to call an EGM, notification of which will be sent to shareholders indue course. Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM andtrading is expected to commence on 10 August 2007. Following the admission of the Placing Shares, the total number of ordinaryshares in issue, and therefore, the total number of voting rights will be912,242,053.
