Placing to raise £241,750 and issue of fee shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised £241,750 (gross) (the "Placing") through the issue of 4,604,762 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 5.25p per share to institutional and other investors. The net proceeds of the Placing will be used for general working capital purposes.

Alexander has also issued a total of 487,387 new ordinary shares to various advisers and consultants to the Company in respect of fees generated in the ordinary course of business (the "Fee Shares"). 235,762 Fee Shares have been issued to Alexander's nominated adviser, Northland Capital Partners Limited, of which 180,000 Fee Shares have been issued at a price of 5p per share and 55,762 Fee Shares have been issued at a price of 5.38p per share. 72,000 Fee Shares have been issued to the Company's investor relations consultant, Britton Financial PR, at a price of 5p per share and 179,625 Fee Shares have been issued to a consultant in respect of the provision of investor relations services in Europe, at a price of 5.316p per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the Placing Shares and the Fee Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 February 2014. Certain of the shares being issued pursuant to the Placing, being 1,854,762 Placing Shares, shall be subject to a hold period ending 25 June 2014. Following admission of the Placing Shares and the Fee Shares, the Company will have a total of 175,589,010 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
