Premier Research Group25 April 2007 Premier Research ("the Company") Placing of former director's stock The Board announces that Dr Guy Patrick, former director and a founder of theCompany, has today sold his entire holding of ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares have been placed withinstitutional investors by Evolution Securities. This sale follows theannouncement last week that Dr Patrick had left the Board to pursue otherinterests. He remains as a consultant to the Company to ensure a smoothtransition of customer and other relationships. Simon Yaxley, also a founder of the Company and Chief Executive Officer, andBernard Gallagher, Chief Development Officer, confirm their intention to pursuethe Group's well established strategy of developing the business bothorganically and by acquisition.
