The placement, which was arranged by HB-Corporate, the Company's broker, willraise gross proceeds of £316,000. The funds raised are to provide additionalworking capital for the expanded Intellego business. This morning's earlierregulatory announcement stated that Intellego had secured exclusive distributionrights covering the UK and Ireland for NetDimensions Ltd, a Hong Kong basedsupplier of Learning Management Systems.
