Condor Resources PLC02 June 2006 Condor Resources plc Placing of new Ordinary Shares The Company has raised £750,000 before expenses by way of a placing of 7,500,000new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each at 10 pence each. The placees are Societe Privee de Gestion de Patrimoine and Artemis InvestmentManagement. Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected tocommence on 8th June 2006. The shares will rank pari passu with existing sharesin issue. Following the admission of such new ordinary shares, there will be 129,811,753Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in issue.
