Namibian Resources PLC25 February 2008 NAMIBIAN RESOURCES PLC PLACING OF NEW SHARES Namibian Resources PLC announces that it has placed 1,000,000 new ordinaryshares of 10p each at par with its directors to raise £100,000. Application isbeing made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and suchadmission is expected to become effective on 29th February 2008. The cash of £100,000 will be used for working capital and to complete thepurchase of additional equipment and for repairs to increase the throughput ofdiamondiferous gravels and provide a back up in the event of plant breakdowns.
