Landore Resources Limited08 April 2008 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore" or the "Company") Placing to raise £2 million Landore, the Canadian mining explorer, today announces that it has raised£2,001,300 net of expenses through a placing of 13,342,000 new ordinary sharesof 1p each in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a placing price of 15p per shareto finance working capital and exploration expenditure. Application will be made for the admission of the Placing Shares to trading onAIM. The Placing Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares andit is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 16 April 2008. Following admission of the Placing Shares, the total number of voting rights inthe Company's ordinary shares will be 140,599,323, which may be used byshareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, Landore under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
