Placing
IFG Group plc has completed a placing of 3,432,958 Ordinary Shares in the market place at a price of €2.10 per share to raise €7.2m before expenses. The placing represents 4.91% of the present issued share capital of the Company. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. The net proceeds will be used for probable acquisitions. The placing was arranged by Davy.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence on these shares on 27 May 2008.
