RusHydro submits the results of AGM to NSM

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Minutes No. 19 of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) held on September 30, 2020, with the appendices containing the AGM results have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM).

The Minutes of the AGM was signed and uploaded to NSM on October 02, 2020.
