Following the announcement on 15 October 2020, Sumo Group, the award-winning provider of creative and development services to the video games and entertainment industries, today announces that the acquisition of Lake Street Labs Buyer Corp, the owner of Pipeworks Inc. ("Pipeworks"), has now completed.
