Pilot project with High Weald Lewes Havens Clinical Commissioning Group
The Board of Totally is pleased to announce that Totally Health agreed a pilot project on 2nd October 2013 with High Weald Lewes Havens CCG to provide its Clinical Health Coaching services to a specific group of patients as part of a larger programme being undertaken by the CCG in relation to Shared Decision Making.
The pilot will run for a 3 month period at the end of which the CCG will evaluate its success.
