Lo-Q PLC19 July 2006 Lo-Q PLC ("Lo-Q" or "the Company") Pilot Agreement Lo-Q plc ("Lo-Q" or the "Company") today announce that they have reachedagreement to install a pilot Lo-Q Guest Services System into the Dollywood ThemePark ("Dollywood") based in Tennessee, USA. Dollywood has an annual attendanceof more than 2,250,000. The Dollywood Company is a partnership between DollyParton and the Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation group which has otherleisure properties including Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri. The Pilot System, which will allow Dollywood to evaluate the suitability of aLo-Q system in their park, will be operational between mid September and the 31December 2006, and if successful, will result in a 3 year contract being agreedbetween the two parties for a full service Lo-Q System to be operational fromthe 2007 season onwards. Leonard Sim, Managing Director of Lo-Q commented: "During the past few years, Dollywood has grown significantly both in attendanceand number of attractions and this growth is expected to continue. The pilotwill prove the use of the Lo-Q system where the attractions include a number ofshows, and we expect its success here to lead to further sales in the USA in thecoming years."
