PIK Group significant shareholder reduces his stake
Moscow, 24 April 2015 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of Russia's leading residential real estate developers, was notified that companies affiliated with PIK Group's large shareholder Mikail Shishkhanov have reduced their stakes in the Company.
Mikail Shishkhanov's shareholding in PIK following this transaction totals 64,700,069 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.8% of the ordinary shares of the Company.
PIK Group was notified on 24 April 2015 in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R.
