PIK GROUP: NOTICE OF EGM
MOSCOW, December 19, 2014 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of the leading Russian residential developers, announces that it will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on February 7, 2015 at the company's registered office, Barrikadnaya st. 19 bldg. 1, Moscow, Russia, 123242. The EGM will be held in the form of voting by proxy. Shareholders of record on December 30, 2014 can participate in the EGM.
EGM will be held for the following purpose:
1. Approval of the merger between JSC PIK Group and its fully owned subsidiary LLC Status Land.
