PhosAgro to Announce FY 2012 Operating Results

On 21 January 2013 PhosAgro will release its operating results for the fullyear 2012. On the same day at 13:00 London time (17:00 Moscow; 08:00 New York),the Company will host a conference call and webcast to discuss its FY 2012operating results.

During the conference call, PhosAgro CEO Maxim Volkov will present the resultsand answer questions from conference call and webcast participants.

The call will be held in English, with simultaneous translation into Russian ona separate line. Participants will be required to tell the operator whichlanguage to connect to when dialling in.

PhosAgro is one of the leading global vertically integrated phosphate-basedfertilizer producers. PhosAgroreported 2011 IFRS revenue of USD 3.4 bln and 2011 EBITDA of USD 1.2 bln. The Сompany's net debt/EBITDA ratio was 0.43 as of 31 December 2011.
