For Immediate Release 19 December 2014 PhosAgro Reports Share Transactions Moscow - PhosAgro ("PhosAgro" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR),one of the world's leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizerproducers, has been informed by Vladimir Litvinenko and Feivel Limited that on16 December 2014, Vladimir Litvinenko became the owner of 6,223,850 ordinaryshares of PhosAgro (equivalent to 4.81% of the Company's outstanding shares)that previously belonged to Feivel Limited. According to information available to PhosAgro, the shares owned by FeivelLimited were held in a trust, the economic beneficiary of which was VladimirLitvinenko. As a result of this transaction, Vladimir Litvinenko's stake in PhosAgro hasincreased from 9.73% to 14.54%.
