Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, reports that Marcus Rhodes, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC PhosAgro, has informed the Company that he purchased an additional 750 global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) for PhosAgro shares.

Mr. Rhodes now owns 1,750 PhosAgro GDRs, and his stake in the Company’s total share capital is equal to 0.0005%.
