Moscow – PhosAgro (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers, announces that as a result of a series of transactions Igor Antoshin, who is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has received the right to indirectly control 100% of the votes attributable to the voting shares of Dubberson Holdings Limited, Carranita Holdings Limited and Vindemiatrix Trading Limited, which together own 12.66% of PhosAgro’s total share capital.
Igor Antoshin also owns a 1.92% stake in PhosAgro.

PhosAgro is one of the leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers.
