Sweett Group, the international property and infrastructure consultancy, notes the recent announcement from Leeds City Council and subsequent press article regarding the Leeds Social Housing project ("the Project"). The Group confirms the majority of conditions have been met and financial close on the Project is expected to be reached shortly. A further announcement will be made on completion.
