Galliford Try PLC05 April 2005 GALLIFORD TRY ACHIEVES FINANCIAL CLOSE ON £22M HEALTHCARE PFI IN EALING Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, today announced ithas achieved financial close on a PFI project to construct four residential carehomes in the London Borough of Ealing for a total construction value of £22m. Working for Ealing Care Alliance, Galliford Try is part of a consortiumcomprising Servite Houses and Barclays European Investment Fund. Constructionworks will be carried out on the four sites, commencing April 2005.
